Specialist Commercial Insurance Broking
Access to the right market, for the right risk
Triple G Brokers structures commercial insurance around the way your business actually works — then places each risk where it is best understood, whether within the InShare Group or across the wider market.

How We Work
A considered route from risk to cover
01
Understand
We start with your operations, contracts and exposures — not a product list — so the cover reflects the business you actually run.
02
Structure
We shape a programme around those exposures — limits, deductibles and wordings built to fit, not forced into a template.
03
Place
We take each risk to the market best placed to hold it — IISL Underwriting where terms genuinely fit, external insurers where they don’t.
04
Support
We stay involved through the life of the policy — mid-term changes, renewals and claims advocacy when it matters most.
Where We Add Value
Broking capability across commercial lines
Part of the InShare Group
Being part of the InShare Group gives our clients direct access to IISL Underwriting — a market that knows us, moves quickly and can hold risks other insurers shy away from.
Placing a risk with IISL is never automatic. We consider IISL alongside the other insurers and facilities we have access to, and we will always tell you which insurer we are proposing and what our relationship with it is.
Our commitment
We are open about who we place your insurance with, how we are paid and how we manage conflicts of interest — so you can judge our proposals with the full picture.
Our relationship with IISL
Triple G Brokers Limited and InShare Insurance Services Limited (IISL) are separate companies under common ownership through InShare Limited. IISL operates the Group’s underwriting business and is also Triple G’s principal for regulatory purposes: Triple G is IISL’s Appointed Representative, and IISL oversees our regulated activities. Grant Mercer is a director of both companies.
Because we may place your insurance with IISL, we have arrangements to identify and manage the conflicts of interest this can create. If a conflict cannot be managed effectively, we will tell you before we act. We may arrange cover through a limited range of insurers or facilities rather than the whole market, and we will tell you if that is the case.
We are normally paid by commission from insurers and, where agreed with you, by a fee. You can ask us how much we earn from your policy. Full details are in our Terms of Business.

Working With Introducers
A trusted route for the organisations your members rely on
Much of our work arrives through introduction — organisations who want their members, clients and communities looked after by a broker they can vouch for.
Thinking of introducing us?
Why Triple G
A broker built for considered decisions
Genuine market access
Internal and external routes to market, chosen risk by risk rather than by habit.
Your interests before product
We structure cover around your exposures first, then find the market — never the other way round.
Declared relationships
Our relationship with IISL is disclosed and managed, so you always know who we are working with and why.
A personal standard
Named people, direct answers and continuity through renewals and claims — the way broking should feel.
A short conversation is usually enough to tell whether we can structure something better. No obligation, no pressure.
